We offer a variety of effective soft tissue therapy and massage therapy at East Canyon Chiropractic. It is our clinical opinion that massage therapy plays a significant therapeutic role in the overall treatment and recovery of our patients, especially with auto accident and work related injuries.
There are many reasons patients come to us for massage therapy. Whether you were injured during an auto accident, playing a sport, or a work related incident, we are here to help alleviate the pain and discomfort you may be experiencing.
We offer 1/2 hour and 1 hour massage sessions. We guarantee that you will feel significantly better and have a more effective outcome with your treatment with the use of massage therapy.
We now offer hot stone and hot towel therapy within our massage therapy service. Be sure to ask Judy about the benefits of hot stone therapy!
Meet Our Massage Therapists!
I have been a massage therapist for almost 15 years. My interest in it started when I was growing up. My dad had a bad back. He was a farmer and worked hard, so his back always hurt. Somehow I just knew if I rubbed it, it would feel better.
So, fast forward to 2007. I needed to re-enter the work force. My best friend encouraged me to go to massage school, since I was constantly massaging someone’s shoulders, neck, or feet. I am so glad that I did! I love what I do. I feel like it is my way of helping people and adding value to their lives. My favorite area to work on is the neck and shoulders. My favorite modalities are deep tissue, trigger point work, sports massage, and hot stone. My favorite things to hear from my clients are: “oh, that feels so much better, or looser, or I have better range of motion and less pain.”
I love working for Dr. Wilson and Carolyn at East Canyon Chiropractic. I feel like it is my calling to help people feel better, whether that’s through a therapeutic massage or a relaxation massage.
